Tonight i saw the moon.
She was looking down through a ring in the clouds that let her see all that passed below.
Her dark mouth was as wide as the ring.
She was full
of amazement and fear.
She must have been wondering, “Can they do to me what they are doing to Earth?
No. They are too far. But when they spend the Earth, what becomes of me?"
